Friday evening (June 17)

An interactive session on the integration of different paths of traditional yoga viz., Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga and Jnana Yoga from a holistic health and self actualization viewpoint

Saturday Morning (June 18)

Time: 8.30 am to 10.00 am

Session 01: HATHA YOGA Intermediate/Advanced level practice class with deep Guided Relaxation

Break for 60 minutes (Breakfast will be provided)

Time: 11.00 am to 11.30 am

Session 02: Chair Yoga for Seniors

Short Break

Time: 11.45 am to 1.00 pm

Session 03: MUDRAS FOR MEDITATION - An Interactive Workshop with guided meditation

1:00 pm to 2:00 pm - LUNCH

Saturday afternoon (June 18)

Time: 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Session 04: YOGIC DIET (Food for holistic wellness)

Maya will be sharing ideas on how to incorporate a healthy diet based on the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. She will share recipes that provide healthy alternatives to the modern diet of rice, wheat, sugar.

Time: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Session 06: NADA YOGA (Yoga of Sound)

Part 1 - Time: 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Session: MAGIC OF SOUND (Rhythm, Melody and Meaning) - Sounds, Movement, Brain Entrainment and Yogic Meditation.

Part 2 - Time: 6.30 to 7.30 pm

Session: KIRTAN SINGING - An interactive workshop

Sunday Morning (June 19)

Time: 8.00 am to 9.30 am

Session 01: 108 SUN SALUTATIONS Challenge! - Participants can do as much as they can, take breaks in the middle or join in to do the sun salutations 108 times. This will be a fun, meditative and challenging session.

Short Break: (Beverages and snacks)

Time: 10.15 am to 11.30 am

Session 02: HEART TO HEART - Questions and answers interactive session with Sunder Iyer

Time: 11:30 am to 12:00 pm

Session 03: Music and Concluding Ceremony
